    Research:

    Currently, I am associated with Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Institute of Business Management, Karachi.. Research interests are Discretization techniques, advanced iterative solvers for linear systems, preconditioners and projection preconditioners. I have supervised 2 PhD thesis and 7 MS thesis. Currently,I am supervising 3 PhDs and 5 MS projects. I have been associated with Numerical Analysis group in Delft Institute of Applied Mathematics (DIAM) from March 2009 to November 2014. Where I on developing robust and fast solvers for the Helmholtz equation, which involves the CSLP preconditioners and a variety of "deflation preconditioners". I have worked under supervision of associate professor dr.ir. Domenico Lahaye , and Prof. dr. ir C. Vuik.
